the activity

ArtWorks is team building at its best. Hervé injects passion and engages the delegates in something rarely done at the workplace - right-brain thinking. From the very beginning the creative atmosphere is light hearted and highly fun. Hervé shares the best art techniques with the participants and each challenge they pass, is a stage towards building them into a team. Using an array of mediums, they will sketch, draw and paint. Having done none of that before, it will be their imagination, creativity and learning from one another that will really make the difference.

The last task will have the whole team devise and create a prominent and stunning oil painting that they will proudly sign and later exhibit in the workplace as a constant reminder of their success together. A high-impact learning experience with a long-lasting effect.
