The photo is printed using the latest technology onto quality canvas, then stretched over handmade wooden frames of any size. The canvas will be delivered to your door, ready to hang within 20 days.

Quality

The products used are of amazing quality: wood and linen for the canvas, inks and coatings for the printing. The stretcher wood bar is 2” thick allowing a hanging without needing a frame. Each canvas print is hand finished (unless otherwise instructed) with 2 coats of brush applied liquid laminate. This coating helps enhance the colours of the print, protects the surface from scratching and improves ultraviolet protection. The finished surface is also ‘wipe clean’.

If you select one of the paintings in the website I do have the original digital photo. If you choose one of your own photos, the original can be supplied to me by post, as an original photograph, negative, transparency, a digital image on CD, or as a JPEG digital file sent as an email attachment. All originals will be returned with your canvas print.
For your own photo or image, the higher the resolution, the better the result. If you are not sure of the suitability of your image, simply attach it to an email, telling me what size and effect you are considering and I will reply with the printer’s opinion of what can be achieved.

Ideas

If you want something that looks a little different to the standard photo finish, then a number of styles can be added to your image. We can change your colour photographs or create effects.

- colourise: specify a base colour for your photo (including black and white) and your image will appear as if it is being viewed through a colour filter.

- effects: soft, metallic, tiles or pop art (for this, all you have to do is specify a base colour)

- crop

- edges: can either be printed (wrap around) or left blank (white) to give a real oil painting effect
