Hervé Graciet: networking with the Arts

Hervé Graciet is fast becoming one of the year’s success stories with his mix of art and corporate team building. After 16 years in the hospitality industry which has seen him managing restaurants and large teams of staff in London, Miami and Tokyo, Hervé turned to painting, specialising in contemporary art.

Hervé’s passion for life is obvious in his work, very colourful and vibrant. His commissions range from the Battersea Power Station to the Biarritz coastline, the city in the South West of France where he was born. This year, Hervé has been invited once again to exhibit his work at the Royal College of Art for the CHASE Charity which supports families with children in hospices.

Hervé is currently working closely with networking groups for London professionals to help make the whole networking experience more effective by incorporating an event with his team building concept. “With ArtWorks, people can get to know one another in a fun yet very meaningful forum, nurturing creativity and more importantly, personal or business networking” says Hervé.

The workshops are made up of a number of tasks, the teams gradually increasing and at the end of the day, they group create a piece of art on canvas, a ‘happy painting’ that will be then donated to a chosen charity or a hospital. Art created by companies such as Universal Music and CCS Media who have recently held team building days with Hervé, have displayed the canvas in their offices as a constant reminder of the day and the spirit of team work.
