Once a manager, now an artist to inspire business people
From Miami
to Tokyo to Sir Terence Conran’s Bluebird in London, Herve Graciet
has turned his management skills to art to help businesses build and inspire
their workforce.
Herve’s team building workshop, ArtWorks was launched earlier this year and has had exciting successes. It allows imagination, creativity and innovation to shine through to affect the way teams behave, think and act, to ultimately increase company performance and productivity.
ArtWorks is not about how to run a business; it allows business to exploit the arts. Such ‘arts-based intervention’ allows employees to think outside the box, stimulating their creative thinking.
The workshops are split into a series of exercises designed to gradually build a team ending up in one collective challenge when one large oil painting is created on canvas which is kept by the organisation and exhibited as a lasting reminder of the team’s success.
Herve’s enthusiasm and approach makes for a fun yet very productive experience, certainly a better vehicle to develop and build teams than a night out on the town!
